Now adays scarves are not allowed in the schools as a safety precaution. This had my panties in a twist so i decided to make a solution to the problem. So here is my neck warmers. avail in all sizes, they keep you warm without having to tuck in tails and without anyone grabbing the tails and kids getting harmed at school playing.
